My Virtual Life

Jeremy reports that Japan has a week with 4 days off in a week. (Cool!) He reckons that they should move it around and have a month of long weekend instead.
Well, here in Brisbane, Australia, it pretty much is – we’ve had the last 3 mondays off:
1. pupil free day (ok, this one only affected school kids)
2. anzac day (national holiday; remembrance of a WWI battle)
3. labour day. (well, it was may 1, so maybe it doesnt count as an april holiday, but… close enough?)
Not looking forward to Monday coming, where I dont get to slack off…
